It's been a long time coming, but the Cibolo Arts Council finally has a web site more fitting of the great work they've done -- particularly over the past couple of years -- to promote Boerne as a destination for art lovers, promote the artists themselves, and to help instill a culture "of culture" within Boerne's population.
